Great hotel at stone throw distance from the Mall road

We booked 2 rooms and after a goof up from the MMT hotel bookings we got 2 rooms on the ground level with no view, we complained to the manager and he explained what the meaning of all the rooms listed on the MMT site. But he promised to upgrade our stay after a day as he had no availability on the day of our arrival. Rooms on ground Floor: Rooms were ok in size and is built for comfort barring the view from the windows everything was spot on, as we traveled in late December we needed to hire heaters in the room, Rooms on the First Floor: Rooms dimension was exactly the same but lighting was significantly better and the view was of a snow clad mountain and an open ground, so family was happy with what they got, the staff was so meticulous that when upgrading the room in our absence they kept each thing in the exact same spot as it was in the rooms below... all in all a great staff and manager effort. Even though we drove from Delhi to Manali in our own car but we still hired a taxi to take us to Solang valley as i was in no mood to drive in the congested route. he seemed to know all that's worth visiting and was very friendly, Call Suniel for the cab: 9816235210

The hotel is near the mall road is the best point to stay in that. There was no water in hotel. The break fast provided was too late. There was some maintenance was going in this hotel. You can find some good hotel in same price near.

Well decorated cosy rooms. Clean washrooms and has geyser. Food tastes good. Service is prompt and very warm and welcoming behaviour of hotel personnel. 5mins walk from Manali mall road and HRTC bus stand. Worth for a short or transit stay.

The hotel was not in good condition. In bathroom water was not there. There is some bad smell in whole hotel. The breakfast was provided lately at 10 clock. Only one plus point is there it is near the mall road.

I visited in the month of June last year. This was a nice descent place to stay with nearly all the facilities available. The staff was very friendly and helping and they evwn guided us with how to manage our stay according to the time we had and helped us in cab services also. I just wished if they had fans in hotel since now when even the Hill stations are experiencing summers it used to get quite hot in the room . The food they served was delicious. Its prices were also pocket friendly and the best thing was that it was at walking distance from the mall road and various cafe around. The was exactly as the same shown in their pictures.
